Description

Osaka, Kyoto, Hakone, Tokyo

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • In the tourist category, double beds are not available. Since double beds are not common in Japan, most standard-category hotels do not offer this type of room. Therefore, the tourist category is not recommended for honeymooners.
  • Passengers may request a double bed in Kyoto and Tokyo in the superior and luxury categories at no extra charge, although we cannot guarantee this, as it depends on each hotel's availability.
  • A single room may be smaller than a twin room.
  • A triple room will be a twin room with an extra bed. The third bed may be smaller than the two main beds or may be a sofa bed, and may be quite narrow. We do not recommend triple rooms for adults. Triple rooms cannot be guaranteed until confirmation is received from the hotels.
  • Hot springs (“onsen”):
  • Please note that, for cultural reasons, people with tattoos are not permitted in onsen. Small tattoos may be covered with a bandage, but we cannot guarantee access for people with large tattoos. Some accommodations may restrict access to the “onsen” for people with tattoos for cultural reasons
  • Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • The early check-in surcharge is the same price as an extra night (pre-tour). Availability is not guaranteed.
  • The late check-out surcharge is the same price as an extra night (post-tour). Availability is not guaranteed.
  • The rooms booked are non-smoking. If you would like a smoking room, you must request it in advance, and availability is not guaranteed.
  • The tour is sold as a package, so it is not possible to stay at different hotels or change to a different room category from those assigned for each departure
